Attachments and Equipment
Dixie Holdings has a team a skilled staff who specialise in the design and manufacture of Equipment Attachments and Protection for Dozers, Loaders and other Earthmoving Equipment. Our engineers and fabricators work closely with our clients to ensure the end product is customised to suit each application.
Stick Rakes
The Dixie designed Stick Rake is fabricated entirely out of high-tensile Bisalloy Steel. The bottom beam is a fully fabricated box section with internal gussets and laser cut inserts supporting the Rakes strong tynes. All Rakes are custom designed with options including Tyne Sucker bars, Folding options, Pin-on or Clip-on blade attaching. All the Rakes are finished in a high quality Two-Pack paint prior delivery.
Cutter Bars
Cutter bars are custom fabricated out of High Tensile Steel to suit our clients application in either a dual shank straight Cutter Bar or a single shank V Cutter Bar. Root lifters are supplied as standard in weld-on or bolt-on form. Replacement Wear Plate and Cutting edges can be supplied by Dixie Holdings.
Dozer Protection
When clearing scrub Dozer protection can be crucial to ensure your machine stays damage free and in operation. Dixie Holdings offers a wide range of dozer protection including:
- Dozer Sweep’s
Four and Two post, Open and sheeted options available. - Scrub Canopy’s
Light, Medium, and Heavy options available.
Our custom fabricated mounts have been designed to allow for movement in the canopy or sweeps using and interchangeable neoprene bushing to prevent any structural cracking and insure strength and integrity is maintained.
Drawbars
Drawbars on Dozers can be used in a large number of different applications and can be very useful. Dixie’s custom designed Drawbar can be fitted or removed from the dozers Ripper frame when needed. Different pin types can be supplied to suit the application of towing.
